The company started last June 2006 with the name, HAOOH Bike Shop, The name originally came from a group of bikers that William Benepayo and his friends created. They are all professional Bikers and were selling bike parts from different people in the Philippines. But then there had been some issues regarding Benepayo and his group so he decided to change the name of the bike shop to Ciclismo.

It was first located at Eastwood where in most of his clients are in the A-B Market, but Benepayo said that his shop is open for all market. But now, the store is located in Taytay, Rizal where in not all of his clients are on the A-B Market.

The main products and services that the company provide are the following: Bike Trading (High-End), Bike Service and Bike Parts Selling.

Before, Clients who are residing in Manila are used in paying full to their products and services. But now that they are located in a province that is not near to their previous location, most clients prefer on paying in two-term basis. The shop is also P.O.S. or Point of Sale Activated. He is also open for Meet-Ups for client who cannot go to his shop directly.

"I’ve been a bikseshop since 1995 in the name of VELO CITY in cartmar pasay. I have 2 partners then. Our viusion is to have a bikeshop that sells to the mainstream cyclists that that is tailor-made to their liking. When we parted ways in 2005, I dreamed of the same concept that I can bring to Rizal but this time as a solo proprietor."
